What is a Back in Stock Notification?
A Back in Stock Notification lets you sign up to receive an automated SMS alert when an out-of-stock product becomes available for purchase again.
How do I sign up for a Back in Stock Notification?
When a size is out of stock, you'll see a "SOLD OUT - Join The Waitlist" button when you click on a size that is out of stock. Enter your phone number and follow the prompts. We'll then send you a message to let you know if that item becomes available again.
Will I automatically purchase the item when it's back in stock?
No. Signing up for a notification does not place an order or reserve inventory. You'll receive an SMS alert and can return to the site to place an order if the item is still available.
What information do I need to provide?
You'll only need to provide your phone number address to receive the notification.
How quickly will I be notified?
Notifications are typically sent automatically once inventory is replenished and the item becomes available for purchase.
Will the item be reserved for me?
No. Back-in-stock notifications do not reserve inventory. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and popular items may sell out quickly.
Can I sign up for multiple products or sizes?
Yes. You can request notifications for as many products or sizes as you'd like.
I received a notification, but the item is already sold out. Why?
High-demand products can sell through quickly. Receiving a notification does not guarantee availability, so we recommend visiting the product page as soon as possible after receiving the SMS notification.
What if I no longer want these notifications?
You can unsubscribe from the SMS notifications when you receive it or simply ignore the alert if you're no longer interested.
Will I receive marketing emails if I sign up for a Back in Stock Notification?
Back-in-stock notifications are sent specifically to inform you that a product you requested is available again. Your marketing preferences remain subject to your existing subscription settings and applicable consent requirements.
Can I request notifications for products that have been discontinued?
No. Notifications are only available for products that are expected to be restocked. If an item has been discontinued, a notification may not be available.
