What’s happening with Canada Post?
Canada Post is currently on strike, resulting in a temporary work stoppage. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we learn more.

Are orders still shipping?
Yes! Orders are still shipping; however, due to the Canada Post strike, we are temporarily unable to deliver to PO Boxes or international addresses. We recommend using a physical shipping address within Canada to avoid delivery disruptions.

Can I place an international order?
Unfortunately, we’ve had to temporarily pause international shipping from our online store. Since our shipments are fulfilled from Canada and our national courier is on strike, we’re unable to process international orders at this time.

We’re not sure how long the strike will last, but we’ll resume international shipping as soon as possible.

What if I need to return something?
