Canada Post Strike FAQUpdated 21 days ago

What’s happening with Canada Post?
Canada Post is currently on a rotating strike. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as we learn more.

Are orders still shipping?
Yes! Orders are still shipping; there may be delays with orders shipping to PO Boxes and International addresses outside of Canada, US, and Europe.

Can I place an international order?

Yes! While orders are still shipping out as usual, there may be slight delays in delivery times.

If you’re looking to place an order within Europe, please visit www.saxxunderwear.eu.

What if I need to return something?

Canada Post is not accepting new parcels during the strike. To ensure your return is eligible, please obtain your return authorization and label from us within 30 days of purchase. You’ll be able to drop off your parcel once services resume. We are extending our return receivership to accommodate the delay, as long as your return is initiated with an authorization within that 30-day window.

We’re continuing to process returns already in transit, but please note:

  • Delays – Packages may take longer to reach our facility. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your return.
  • Returns already shipped – Returns handed to Canada Post cannot be cancelled or changed. They will continue moving forward once operations resume.
  • Return labels – You can still download your return label during the strike, but drop-offs will only be possible after the strike ends.

We are closely monitoring the situation. If the strike extends, we’ll explore alternate courier options and share updates.

Where can I get updates?
We’re keeping a close eye on the situation and will post updates here as they become available.

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
