Onward Checkout+ Shipping Protection is an optional add-on you can select at checkout to protect your order, shipping to Canada or the USA, from loss or theft while in transit. If something goes wrong with your shipment, Onward makes it quick and easy to request a replacement or refund.

What Onward Checkout+ Covers

- Lost packages (no tracking updates for 7+ days)

- Stolen packages (marked delivered but not received)

- Wrong items delivered

- Return to sender situations

- Damaged items (rendering the physical product unusable)

In addition to shipping protection, Onward also offers cash-back rewards that you can redeem on future purchases.

How It Works

1. Add Onward Shipping Protection at checkout.

2. If your shipment is lost or stolen, file a claim directly through Onward using the link in your confirmation email.

3. Onward reviews your claim and, once approved, processes a replacement or refund.

If you choose not to add protection, your shipment will still follow our standard policies, but claims for loss, theft, or damage may not be eligible for coverage.
