If your order was lost or stolen and you purchased Onward Checkout+ Shipping Protection, here’s how to submit a claim:

Step-by-Step

  1. Open the email titled “You’re Protected with Onward” that arrived shortly after your SAXX order confirmation.

  2. Click the link included in the email — this takes you to your Onward claim portal.

  3. Choose your issue: Lost / Stolen / Damaged.

  4. Upload any requested details (e.g., photos for damage).

  5. Submit your claim for review.

Onward will follow up directly with next steps. Most claims are resolved within a few business days.
