We heard you, Canada. We're excited to introduce a new way to pay using Interac e-Transfer®. It's fast, secure, and available now for our Canadian customers at checkout.
What is Interac e-Transfer®?
Interac e-Transfer® is a secure payment option that allows Canadian customers to send and receive bank transfers using an email address or phone number.
Are Interac e-Transfers® safe?
Yes. Interac e-Transfer® is one of the most recognized and trusted brands in Canada. Interac e-Transfer® is protected by federal legislation and Canada’s banking system. This makes it one of the safest payment methods in the country
Are there any fees to use Interac e-Transfer®?
Most Canadian bank accounts offer Interac e-Transfers® at no additional cost. However, we recommend checking directly with your financial institution to confirm any applicable fees.
Which banks support Interac e-Transfer®

Do I need to setup an account with Interac e-Transfer® to complete a payment?
No account setup is required. As long as you have a Canadian bank account with online banking or a mobile banking app, you're ready to use Interac e-Transfer®.
How do I complete a purchase using Interac e-Transfer®?
Our simplest Interac e-Transfer® – it’s so easy!
- At checkout, click the Interac e-Transfer® icon and select “Pay Now”.
- Choose “Pay by e-Transfer”.
- Select your bank and log into your online banking.
- Review the payment details and approve the transaction.
That’s it, your payment is complete!
How are refunds processed?
Once your refund is issued by the SAXX team, the process depends on whether you have Autodeposit set up with your bank:
- If Autodeposit is enabled:
The funds will be deposited into your account automatically — no action required.
- If Autodeposit is not enabled:
You’ll receive two emails:
- One from Interac with a link to accept your e-Transfer
- One titled “Here is some important information about your incoming INTERAC e-Transfer®” — this contains the Secret Answer needed to claim your refund.
Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder just in case) so you don’t miss these emails.
