Orders Currently in Transit with Canada PostUpdated 5 hours ago

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by delays related to the ongoing Canada Post strike. If your order has already shipped and is currently in transit with Canada Post, here’s what you need to know:

What’s Happening

  • Orders shipped via Canada Post will be held until services resume, so delays are expected.

  • Once a parcel is handed over to Canada Post, we’re unable to cancel, refund, or replace it until it’s delivered.

When Your Order Arrives

  • If the order arrives and doesn’t work as expected, we’ll be happy to assist you with a return (excluding final sale items).

  • Simply contact our Customer Service team after you receive your package and we’ll help you further.

If You Need Your Items Sooner

  • You’re welcome to place a new order at any time for faster delivery.

  • You can initiate your return now through our Return Portal — print the label and simply send it back once Canada Post services resume.

  • If your original order included final sale items, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help you further.

  • New shipments are now handled by ICS and Purolator for faster delivery.

  • Tip: PO Box addresses can only be serviced by Canada Post, so please use a physical address whenever possible.
