Possible Canada Post Labour DisruptionUpdated 17 days ago

What’s happening with Canada Post?
A potential Canada Post service disruption could begin Friday May 23, 2025. We’re closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated if anything changes.

Since we don’t know exactly what will happen on Friday, we’ve made the tough decision to temporarily stop accepting new international orders. We’re prioritizing the shipment of all international orders placed on or before May 21 to give them the best chance of exiting the Canada Post system before the potential strike begins on May 23.

To learn more and explore alternate ways to place international orders during this pause, see our International Services Paused article.

Will my order be affected?

If a disruption occurs, deliveries to PO Boxes and some international addresses may experience delays. All other shipments will be proactively sent with alternative couriers.

If you’re a Canadian customer using a PO Box, we strongly recommend providing a physical shipping address to help avoid possible delivery issues.

What if I need to return something?
No worries! If a strike happens, we’ll offer return extensions for qualifying returns that are initiated within the 30-day return window. This way, you won’t be penalized for any delays caused by the disruption.

Are you offering other shipping options?
Yes! For Canadian domestic orders, we’ll be shifting shipments to ICS and Purolator. However, because Canada Post is currently the only courier that delivers to PO Boxes, we strongly recommend using a physical address if you have one. We’ll update this page with any changes or additional shipping options as the situation evolves.

Where can I get updates?
We’re keeping a close eye on the situation and will post any updates here, or on the Canada Post Website
