- Try your SAXX FREE underwear for up to 30 days.
- If you're not completely satisfied, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive store credit for your eligible item.

How many items can I return?
The SAXX FREE Buy & Try offer is limited to one (1) eligible item per customer.
Where is this offer available?
The SAXX Free Buy & Try is available only for purchases made on saxxunderwear.com and saxxunderwear.ca.
Orders placed through Buy with Prime or any other retailer are not eligible.
Can I wear and wash my SAXX FREE underwear before returning it?
Yes. The Buy & Try program is designed so you can experience SAXX Free as intended. Wear it, wash it, and if it's not the right fit, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to start your return.
Can I use this if I'm also eligible for the BallPark Pouch® First Pair Guarantee?
Yes. The SAXX FREE Buy & Try is separate from our BallPark Pouch® First Pair Guarantee. If you're a first-time SAXX customer and otherwise qualify for the BallPark Pouch® First Pair Guarantee, you'll still be eligible to participate in that program.
Is this different from the standard Return Policy?
Yes. The SAXX FREE Buy & Try is a promotional program and is separate from our standard Return Policy.
What will I receive if I make a return?
Eligible returns will receive store credit. Refunds to your original method of payment are not available through the SAXX FREE Buy & Try program. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International orders placed on saxxunderwear.ca qualify for our SAXX FREE 30-Day Buy & Try program. Please note that the program does not cover shipping costs, duties, taxes, or any applicable customs fees for international orders. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
