What’s happening with Canada Post?
Canada Post is currently experiencing a strike. This may cause delays for deliveries to PO Boxes and international destinations.

Will my order be affected?
Deliveries to PO Boxes and international addresses may be delayed due to the strike.

If you’re a Canadian customer using a PO Box, we strongly recommend providing an alternate physical shipping address to help avoid any delivery issues.

What if I need to return something?
We’re continuing to process returns as normal, but please note that the strike may cause delays in us receiving your return package. As long as your return is shipped back within the return policy window, we’ll process it once it arrives at our facility.

Because of the disruption, refunds may take longer than usual to be processed, but rest assured—we’ll take care of it as soon as we receive your return.
