Gift ReturnsUpdated an hour ago

Received a gift from the SAXX website that’s not quite the right fit? We’ve got you.

We offer store credit for returns on most gifted items, as long as they’re unworn, in original condition, and not marked as Final Sale. If you’d like to return a gift item for store credit, just email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Your full name and mailing address
  • The SAXX website order number
  • The full name of the person who placed the order
  • A clear photo of the item(s) you received, including tags and labels

Once we’ve reviewed your email and confirmed the return eligibility, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Note: This policy applies only to orders placed on the SAXX website. If the gift was purchased through a SAXX authorized retailer (like a department store or specialty shop), their return policy will apply, please contact them directly.
