What if I need to return something?
We’re continuing to process returns as normal, but please note that the strike may cause delays in us receiving your return package. If your package is delayed because of the strike, we’ll gladly extend your return window so you have extra time. As long as your return is shipped back within the return policy window, we’ll process it once it arrives at our facility.
Because of the disruption, refunds may take longer than usual to be processed, but rest assured, we’ll take care of it as soon as we receive your return.
